Job Duties: Compile and maintain rotas, registers and records as required, ensuring the effective and efficient running of the Service.Take overall responsibility for all staff understanding their role, delegating effectively and appropriately. Work with PSW to consider and manage labour costs, staffing structures and rotas, ensuring they meet requirements of the childrens needs and the Trust.To ensure that the staff team adhere to training requirements and timescales.
