Job Duties: Undertake and successfully complete the Northern Ireland Vocational Training programme for hospital pharmacists within 3 years of appointment.Ensure the appropriate interpretation of prescriptions prior to their preparation in the ward / pharmacy.Provide accurate and appropriate medicines information in response to internal and external Trust enquiries including patient/carer/healthcare worker enquiries utilising all available resources.
