Job Duties: In Adoption services you would be supporting Adopted children and their families in maintaining placements.Under the direction of the Team Leader you would be providing a flexible and responsive service geared towards maintaining children and young people within their adopted family with emphasis on personal development, social integration and identity.
Qualifications / Experience: NVQ/QCF Level III Caring for Children and Young People/Health and Social Care related qualification plus 1 years' experience of direct work with children and families in a helping capacityOR Five GCSEs at Grace C or above including English, or equivalent qualifications plus 2 years' experience of direct work with children and families in a helping capacity.
