Job Duties: Maintain an early intervention model in collaboration with St Josephs boys schools to support Young People and their families in the TRIAX area.To develop innovative needs: led Family Support services, in response to identified need.
Qualifications / Experience: An appropriate third level qualification in a health/social sciences subject and 2 years experience implementing programmes in health, education, youth or family supportOrNVQ level 3 or equivalent in health/social care with three years experience of implementing programmes in health, education, youth or family support work
