Job Duties: Key responsibilities of this role are:Providing 1-1 supportDevelop and review action plans Hands on practical support in all aspects of maintaining a home Support to move homes and sustain tenanciesDeveloping effective working relationshipsProblem solvingAdvocacyHave full autonomy in planning your working dayProvide accurate detailed reports
Qualifications / Experience: EssentialMinimum of 1 year(s) experience supporting Young People GCSE English Language (or equivalent (candidates must provide proof of equivalency)Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to competently use IT for communication and record-keeping Possess a full (clean) UK driving license and business insurance and have access to a car (you will be expected to transport Service Users, on occasion to appointments etc.Desirable - QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care/ Experience in providing housing related support
