Job Duties: The Community Involvement Officer positions will be responsible for promoting community engagement and involvement and building long lasting relationships with our tenants and stakeholders, including a wide range of community groups.Habinteg is an award winning IIP and CSE organisation which offers competitive remuneration, training & development, generous annual leave, health care options & CARE pension scheme.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Hold a Level 2 qualification or equivalent and a minimum of one years' experience, gained within the last 5 years of working (in paid employment) within the local community environment OR A minimum of five years' experience of working (in paid employment) within the local community environment.Demonstrate knowledge of community engagement, involvement and capacity building tools and techniques.Experience of and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel and Outlook (demonstrated by examples).Hold a current full, clean (preferably) driving licence with use of a private vehicle for business use, or, in the case of having a disability, be able to demonstrate how they meet the mobility requirements of the post.We reserve the right to enhance criteria to facilitate short listing.
