Job Duties: Lead the development of a BHSCT service to support the regional medicines adherence service Provide expert opinion both within and outside pharmacy to ensure the safe and effective delivery of the service within the Trust. Assess systems for referrals into the service

Qualifications / Experience: M. Pharm or equivalent.Be a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland or eligible to register.Minimum of a post-graduate Masters or higher qualification. ORMinimum of a post-graduate Diploma and currently undertaking the final year to complete the Masters qualification.Be in possession of a postgraduate certificate in independent prescribing.Two years hospital experience at band 7 or above.Experience in the pharmaceutical management of older patients with complex medicines management needs.
