Job Duties: Provide corporate and strategic leadership using complex negotiation skills to deliver the implementation of the electronic prescribing and medicines administration workflows (EPMA) within Epic at all levels and care settings across the organisation, including the intersections of health and social care.Collaborate with technical, clinical and transformation teams to communicate, engage and design future clinical processes and workflows to implement, and optimise the use of, digital systems for the benefit of patients, nurses, doctors, allied health professionals and other multidisciplinary care providers such as GPs and Social Care providers.

Qualifications / Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years hospital experience in a senior Pharmacist role at Band 8a or above.Delivered against challenging performance management programmes meeting a full range of key targets and making significant improvements.Worked with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation, to achieve successful outcomes.Successful demonstrated high level people management, governance, leadership and organisational skills. Evidence of planning and organising a range of activities / project management, within challenging deadlines to achieve successful outcomes.Must be a Registered Pharmacist on the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (PSNI) Register or be eligible to join the register.Minimum of a post-graduate Masters or higher qualification.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
