Job Duties: Leadership and Management Responsibilities: Work within the multidisciplinary OPAT team to apply highly specialist expertise and experience to the planning and delivery of pharmaceutical care to patients being considered for or receiving OPAT. Qualifications / Experience: MPharm or equivalent.Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of NI or eligible for membership. Minimum of a post graduate Masters in relevant area of pharmacy or equivalent.
