Job Duties: To support participants with learning disability or autism to take part in community-based activities to maximise their individual potential. Mens shed for learning disability is a place for men to connect, build friendships and reduce loneliness and isolation. Activities will promote greater independence, confidence, better health and the development of new skills. These include but are not limited to; joinery, gardening, cooking, music etc. CIP Support Worker for Mens Shed will be based at our Lisburn site.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria 6 months experience of working with young people or adults with disability or disadvantage in a paid or voluntary capacity.Proficient in the use of ICT packages including Word, Outlook and using virtual social platforms e.g. Zoom etc.
