Job Duties: To provide a direct professional social work service to Individuals and families and/or carers and, as appropriate, co-working with other practitioners/disciplines, statutory and community and voluntary services.The post holder will develop pathways within mental health services appropriate to meet the needs of those experiencing homelessness.
Qualifications / Experience: Hold a professional qualification in Social Work (CQSW, CSS, Dip. SW) and be registered with NI Social Care Council.AndHave 3 years post qualifying experience in adult mental health services.AndHave been acting as either an Investigating Officer or Designated Adult Protection Officer under Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults Policy and Procedures for at least two years.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
