Job Duties: Prepare a range of reports to include mental health review tribunals, application to Trust Authorisation Panel, provide representation and chair strategy meetings, risk management, review and discharge summary and child protection reports and attend hearings as required. To provide quality assurance of the Social Work Team and wider MDT in relation to statutory and legal documentation in relation to Mental Health Review Tribunals, application to Trust Authorisation Panel in regard to Deprivation of Liberty, Adult Safeguarding and UNOCINI Documentation.

Qualifications / Experience: The post holder is required to have a professional qualification in Social Work (CQSW/CSS, Dip. SW).Must have 3 years post qualifying experience, 2 years within a mental health setting either hospital or community.
