Job Duties: The CSM will be responsible for the overall running of these services including supervision of staff, budgetary responsibility, and representation at forums and safeguarding

Qualifications / Experience: Professional qualification in Teaching (PGCE), Social Work or Youth and Community work. Registration with NISCC will be essential.Knowledge and experience of the HSC systems and processes in relation to short breaks regulations.Demonstrable management experience of managing and responding to safeguarding concerns in partnership with trust professionals and commissioners. Experience of the need for escalation.Demonstrable management experience, including risk and change management.Demonstrable experience and knowledge of issues facing disabled children, young people and their families.Demonstrable experience and knowledge of issues facing Traveller children, young people and their families.Experience of working at a strategic level to inform and influence development of services for marginalised groups.Access to a car and ability to meet the travel requirements of the role.
