Job Duties: Perform a full range of age-appropriate diagnostic, audiometric tests for young children and infants, some who will have varying degrees of disabilities. Paediatric hearing assessments including distraction tests, co-operation tests, visual reinforcement audiometry and otoacoustic emission testing. Working in partnership with the Adult Hearing Aid Department to select, fit and maintain suitable hearing aids to children, providing a rehabilitative program of care for each child and their family. Qualifications / Experience: BSc Audiology/BSc Clinical Physiology or BTEC in MPPM, or equivalent and registered with the Registration Council for Clinical Physiologists (RCCP) or HCPC - BAAT Parts 1 and 2, or equivalent.
