Job Duties: In consultation with the Justice Service Manager and Team Lead, the post holder will be required to successfully deliver a range of interventions to enable beneficiaries to re-enter the wider community from prison without recourse to alcohol and drug misuse and offending.To successfully implement the care plan of each individual who is participating in the project and to ensure good running of the project and to contribute to its development.See Application Pack for full details.

Qualifications / Experience: Hold or be working towards a minimum of Diploma level in counselling OrMinimum Diploma in Social Work, Youth Work, Nursing, and Teaching OrOther relevant third level qualificationA minimum of 2 years' experience working with young people and adults with drug and alcohol misuse problems.See Application Pack for full details.
