Job Duties: To work in a manner that reflects the principles of the Children (NI) Order 1995, Placement of Children Regulations (1996), Trust Policy and Procedures for Looked After Children and the Fostering and Kinship standards.To participate in the pre-admission planning process and other key stages in the stay of all children including at discharge so they are properly planned and organised, and reflect the decisions recorded in an individuals care plan.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
