Job Duties: The primary function of this role is to coordinate and lead the Resilient Youth Project, build and maintain relationships with schools and the wider statutory and C&V services to support young people and their families in the TRIAX area and to develop health champions to lead on peer led health improvement services.
Qualifications / Experience: An appropriate degree level qualification in a relevant business/ health /social sciences area and two years' experience of implementing education, youth, community development or health programmes. Or NVQ level 3 or equivalent in health/social care with three years' experience implementing education, youth, community development or health programmes.
