Job Duties: The role of the Reform, Modernisation and Change Co-ordinator Manager is to work in conjunction with the Trust Senior Management Team on the development of improving services for Children Services.This is in relation to the modernisation projects agreed by the Trust in conjunction with the Regional Children's Services Improvement Board and the HSCB's priorities.
