Job Duties: In collaboration with clients, assess, plan implement and evaluate intervention appropriate to their identified needs. Assist with and maintain realistic and flexible packages of care to meet complex needs, working within a multi-agency, inter professional framework.
Qualifications / Experience: Currently a Registered Nurse Level 1 Mental Health on the live NMC Register OR BSc (Hons) or DipCOT in Occupational Therapy and be registered with Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)OR Professional Social Work Qualification (CQSW / CSS/BSW /DipSW) and be registered or have lodged an application with NISCC ORHold a Degree and post graduate training in an area appropriate to Addiction Treatments and be registered with NISCC.
