Job Duties: We are currently seeking applicants for the post of Peer Advice Development Coordinator on a full-time basis.The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of a peer housing advice service across the three N.I. prisons by ensuring delivery of a high quality peer prisoner housing advice service within each prison in NI, and supporting, supervising & monitoring the peer prisoner adviser work. Closing date for this post is Friday 25th March 2022 at 4.00PM.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential criteria for this post includes but is not limited to: A minimum of 5 GCSEs, or equivalent, Grades A-C, including English Language and Mathematics, accredited qualification in relevant discipline e.g. Housing / law / advice; demonstrated experience of application of housing law & policy to assist people in need; At least 12 months full time (or equivalent part-time) experience gained within the last 5 years, of working with/supervising peers or volunteers; demonstrated experience of establishing links and building effective relationships across voluntary, statutory and/or private sector organisations; and demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
