Job Duties: We are currently seeking applicants for the post of Landlord Helpline Coordinator on a part-time basis.The successful applicant will have responsibility to co-ordinate the effective and efficient day to day operation of the Landlord Advice Helpline, and assist in the provision of specialist, comprehensive, holistic advice and support to registered Landlords, prospective Landlords and relevant agencies.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential criteria for this post includes but is not limited to: A good standard of education with strong skills in numeracy & literacy; at least 1 years full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience, obtained within the last 3 years, of providing money/debt advice and housing advice to the public; At least 1 years full-time (or equivalent part-time) demonstrated experience, obtained within the last 3 years, of working in a customer/client focused environment as part of a team; and experience of using IT, Microsoft Office, databases and telephony systems and administrative procedures in a customer focused environment.
