Job Duties: The employer is: GREATER SHANTALLOW AREA PARTNERSHIP.Duties will include:Assisting the project support workers in providing safe, high quality programmes and projects for young people.Assisting with the set up and running of art based activities, community/environmental projects, resident activities, outdoor programmes, sporting activities, etc.Assisting with the support for young people in different settings.Attending regular training and development opportunities to maintain and up to date knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and local policy developments.Assisting with the facilitation of youth workshops at the Skeoge Community Hub.To undertake some administrative tasks.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Confidentiality when dealing with young people.Dependable.Willingness to work flexible hours (weekends and evenings).Listening skills.Organisational skills.Communication skills (both written and verbal).Ability to motivate others.
