Job Duties: Working Northern Ireland wide, the Communities Officer will ensure that our communities have the support and assistance needed to thrive and to maximise their potential for growth in a shared and inclusive way that suits their needs.

Qualifications / Experience: Level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor's Degree, Graduate diploma) or above in a relevant discipline and 2 years experience working in community development Or5 years recent experience working in community development.Experience in monitoring, managing and reporting on budgets in accordance with policies, procedures and external funding requirements.Experience of supporting communities to deliver community plans and/or events.Knowledge of best practice in community development and empowerment.Radius reserves the right to enhance criteria to facilitate shortlisting.
