Job Duties: Neighbourhood Regeneration Officers will work on behalf of the BHCP to support the Project Manager in the effective implementation and management of the BHCP Strategic Plan linked to the Outer West Neighbourhood Regeneration Action Plan.

Qualifications / Experience: A 3rd Level Qualification with 2 years' relevant experience in a community development capacity.Or:5 years' experience in a community development capacity.Also, have experience of project development and assessment, including monitoring, evaluation and measuring outcomes.The ability to work effectively and support partnerships which includes the community, voluntary, statutory and private sectors.Experience of accessing funding in the community and voluntary sector.Ability to lead and work on multi-agency projects, teams and forums.Access to transport for work duties.
