Job Duties: In the absence of the Team Leader to be responsible for the management of the home.To develop a high level of skill, knowledge and expertise in the care of young people, particularly in relation to the therapeutic needs of young people who live in residential care and to support other staff to develop their expertise in this area.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
