Job Duties: The main purpose of the role is to assist in the effective management of the scheme to achieve our organisational strategy, while providing the highest possible standard of support by actively promoting and implementing recovery, by using a person centred approach.

Qualifications / Experience: A Professional qualification for example:Professional Social Work Qualification and registered on the appropriate part of NISCCFirst level registered Nurse on the appropriate part of nursing and midwifery council registerOccupational therapist registered with BAOTORBe educated to QCF/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a related subject for eg care plus a minimum of 4 years experience in a social care setting including a minimum of 2 years in a community health setting.A minimum of 2 years experience of working in a social care setting. A minimum of 2 years employment experience in a Mental Health Setting.Experience of liaising with statutory and other voluntary agenciesHave an understanding of managing moniesHave proven experience of motivating Services Users
