Job Duties: Completion and review of risk assessments and safe systems of workEnsure that all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures are adhered to and are regularly reviewedTo ensure that new employees, temporary workers, and contractors are informed of hazards and risksManagement of contractorsTo ensure that all accidents, near misses and environmental incidents are fully investigatedMaintain a documented programme of HS&E compliance inspections and audits within all site divisionsManage and Chair the HS&E Committee meetings Support the continual review and development of the companys Integrated Management System in compliance with ISO:9001, ISO:45001, ISO:14001Liaise with regulatory bodies such as HSENI, NIEA, NIFRS local council etcAssist in the identification of HS&E training needs for all employees and deliver relevant trainingTo ensure that the senior management team is kept updated regarding new or incoming legislation
Qualifications / Experience: At least 3+ months recent working experience within a Health and Safety role in a manufacturing environment Qualified to IOSH Level 1 Certification
