Job Duties: Carry out planned home visits to families who have requested support.Work with children and families to support them to enhance their child's holistic development and support parents' understanding of their crucial role in this.
Qualifications / Experience: QCF level 3 in CCLD, Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.Minimum of 2 years' experience of working in a community or voluntary or home visiting environment with families and young children.
