Job Duties: The employer is: THE BYTES PROJECT.Duties will include but are not limited to: Monitoring and reviewing programme targets and outcomes.Ensuring that learning, resources, tools and materials are captured effectively from programme delivery to inform DYRC learning and development.Recruit, induct and retain young people on DYRC projects and programmes.Design and deliver activities and workshops to promote the development of young people and to meet project outcomes.Maintain participant files; personal records, attendance records and any other participant data required.Support Bytes in promoting our work and contribute to content on any of the online platforms.To implement and maintain all internal policies and legal requirements ensuing their understanding and implementation by all contracted and freelance staff.Any other duties are required by the line manager in line with the grade of the post.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:A minimum of 6 months experience of working/volunteering with young people in a youth work environment.Evidence of project design and delivery of youth initiatives focussing on personal development.Good written and oral communication skills.Personal commitment to addressing the needs of young people.Demonstrable strong commitment to youth work.Desirable Criteria:Level 2 in Youth Work.To demonstrate excellent marketing skills through social media.Experience of working in partnerships within the community & voluntary sector.
