Job Duties: The employer is: THE BYTES PROJECT.Monitoring and reviewing program targets and outcomes.The delivery of innovative, high quality programs. Recruit, induct and retain young people on DYRC projects and programs.Facilitate ongoing consultation with young people regarding the most effective engagement activities.Maintain participant files; personal records, attendance records and any other participant data required, in line with confidentiality and data protection policies.To develop and support positive and productive relationships with and between members of staff.Work pattern: 5 hours a day 5 days a week, including weekends and evenings.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: A minimum of 6 months experience of working/volunteering with young people in a youth work environment.Evidence of project design and delivery of youth initiatives focusing on personal development.Good written and oral communication skills.Personal commitment to addressing the needs of young people.Demonstrable strong commitment to youth work.
