Job Duties: Working across the organisation the Senior Officer (Tenant and Community Services) will be responsible to the Director of Homes and Communities in ensuring that the Tenant and Community Engagement Strategy is achieved and that tenants are involved in the development, implementation and monitoring of service delivery across the Association.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:3rd level qualification and 2 years' relevant experience working in a housing/community development environment OR At least 5 years' relevant experience working in a housing/community development environment.*Relevant experience must include:Knowledge of community engagement, involvement and capacity building tools and techniques.Experience of managing and monitoring budgets.Experience of fundraising and completing funding applications.Liaison and engagement with tenants and/or community groups.Awareness of availability of grants for social and community development.Experience of multi-agency and partnership working.Liaison and engagement with tenants and/or community groups.Knowledge and experience of community engagement, capacity building tools and scrutiny.Please refer to Job description/Person Specification for full details of all criteria.We reserve the right to enhance criteria to facilitate short listing.
