Job Duties: To promote the values, aims and objectives of Harmony Community Trust.To develop, organise and maintain a good quality programme of activities for young people aged between 7-17 designed to meet their identified needs, in line with the aims, objectives and ethos of Harmony Community Trust. To ensure the recruitment and active participation of young people in Harmony Community Trusts Programmes. To build and maintain links with relevant organisations, stakeholders and community contacts to ensure the development of Harmony Community Trusts Children and Youth Programme. To ensure the highest level of care for all programme participants, and to ensure the Safeguarding of Children and Young People, Risk Assessment, Health and Safety and all other policies of Harmony Community Trust are always implemented and adhered to. Be responsible for the relevant administration related to the management of the Programme.

Qualifications / Experience: Has experience of running children's and young people's programmes, particularly in a rural environment. Have at least two years' experience of working with children and/or young people, particularly with those from a disadvantaged background, and preferably working for a voluntary organisation. Has appropriate recognised educational, youth work and/or play work training and/or qualifications.
