Job Duties: Take a lead role in the management and development of the dispensary team in light of national, regional and local standards. This will include the day to day management of the dispensary team. Ensure a robust program of induction and ongoing staff training and competency based assessment for all new staff working in the dispensary services section including MTOs, student MTOs, S/ATOs, pre-registration pharmacy students, support staff and pharmacists to ensure that all staff are familiar, and comply, with statutory and in-house standards.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
