Job Duties: To participate as an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team in referral discussion meetings.To assess the need and prepare treatment plans for children, adolescents and their families as discussed with other members of the multi-disciplinary team.To provide a specialist assessment and therapeutically appropriate intervention service to children and young people and their families with mental health difficulties.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
