Job Duties: 21 Training wish to employ a Career Mentor for their `Community Family Support Programme', based in Coleraine. An exciting job opportunity has arisen to make a positive contribution to supporting individuals into education, training and employment. You will work alongside the Family Mentor to provide support to individuals to address health, social and economic concerns with the aim of participants on the programme entering further training and/or gaining employment.

Qualifications / Experience: Proficient in administration duties, I.T. and ability to maintain accurate records. You will be qualified to a minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Advice & Guidance, Mentoring, Coaching, Counselling or demonstrable equivalent; 5 GCSE or equivalent incl. English, Maths, & ICT. You will have previous experience of designing and delivering training. Desirable Criteria: Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Youth Work, Education, Adult Learning Support, Health & Social Care or other relevant discipline.
