Job Duties: To provide the necessary supervision, in keeping with the Trust Policy in relation to supervision in Adult Service and as required by the NISCC standards for social care workers to team members with a view to ensuring that high professional standards are maintained within the team, as well as the professional development of each team member.To supervise professional and other students if required.Evaluate staff performance on a regular and frequent basis and take appropriate action where necessary.

Qualifications / Experience: Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Social Work;And be registered or eligible for registration with Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC);And 3 years post qualifying experience as a Social Worker or above in Adult Mental Health ServicesOr5 years post qualifying experience as a Social Worker or above in a statutory role with a minimum of 1 year's experience in Adult Services.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
