Job Duties: Responsible for the delivery of the Youth Engagement Plus Programme, including the delivery of the agreed action plan, sourcing of programme funding, line management of appropriate volunteers (and staff when applicable) and the implementation of ISYCAs policies.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Northern Ireland Youth Service Youth Support Worker Qualification.Or:OCN Level 3 Introduction to Youth Work and Programme Development.Or:An equivalent Youth Work Qualification or higher.Plus, a minimum of one year's experience working in a youth work setting. Desirable:A working knowledge of the needs of young people including the social and economic needs of all the areas involved in the project.
