Job Duties: Lead uni and multidisciplinary teams as required to deliver a comprehensive range of high quality, safe and effective Podiatry and eHealth services and achieve all relevant targets. This will include achieving waiting times and accessibility timeframes. He / she will take the lead role in collating and reporting podiatry and eHealth performance targets.Be responsible as identified NHSCT Professional Head of Podiatry Service to ensure Podiatry staff across Divisions and services are supported in carrying out/accessing continual professional development and is therefore fit for purpose and maintain their HPC registration requirements and external regulation.Be responsible for the strategic development of Podiatry and eHealth Services and have responsibility for professional leadership, clinical governance, service improvement and modernisation of these services. Qualifications / Experience: Have Professional Qualification in Podiatry and have current Registration with relevant governing authority Have worked for at least 2 years in a senior management role at Band 8a level or above.To be available, as required, at weekends and out of hours to respond to emergency situations and to spot-check the service.
