Job Duties: Triage risk assessment of clients emotional, physical, financial, psychological, sexual well-being who have been impacted by domestic abuse, sexual violence and or parental alienation. Develop safety and support plans for beneficiaries.Promote inter-agency work to support the safety and well-being needs of beneficiaries.Support and encourage personal development of clients through counselling, workshops, focus groups, and open discussions to empower and support clients to give them the right tools to make healthier decisions to improve the quality of their and their children's lives.Implement effective support plan for beneficiaries with housing needs to include homelessness because of domestic abuse, referral to appropriate agencies, to support beneficiaries in their move to new residence/ independent living.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Adult Social Care Diploma Minimum Level 3 grade.Good standard of education.Minimum of 2 years experience working with victims of domestic abuse and or parental alienation, in a paid or unpaid capacity.Access NI must be completed.2 references to be provided.Desirable:Knowledge of the Criminal Justice System.Knowledge of Family Care Proceedings.Understanding of the types and effect of Domestic Abuse and Violence.Understanding of Civil and Public courts.Mental Health First Aid Training.Safe Talk.Assist Training.Candidates will be required to meet the essential criteria to be shortlisted for interview.
