Job Duties: The main purpose of the role is to provide the highest possible standard of support by actively promoting and implementing recovery, by using a person centred approach.

Qualifications / Experience: Be educated to QCF/NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, in a related subject e.g. Care.ORHave completed a specialised relevant accredited training course or skill area applicable to mental health; e.g. Level 2 Certificate in Counselling.A minimum of 12 months experience with people with Mental Health difficulties or in a Recovery focused community setting ORA minimum of 2 yeas voluntary experience with people with Mental Health difficulties or in a Recovery Focused community setting (This should on average be above 20 hours per month & can include practice placements in a relevant health and social care setting).Have proven experience of delivering group work programmes.Have proven experience of motivating, supporting and mentoring Service Users.Working knowledge of using IT systems.To be flexible and work such hours as required by the post in order to meet the needs of the service.Possess a full current driving licence and access to a car.

Other Information: £19,505.82- £22,023.34 pro rata, per annum
