Job Duties: The employer is: THE BYTES PROJECT,The development and delivery of programs of work in Omagh Boys and Girls ClubEnsuring that learning, resources, tools and materials are captured effectively from program delivery to inform Omagh Boys and Girls Clubs learning and development.Monitoring and reviewing program targets and outcomes.Recruit, induct and retain young people on projects and programsFacilitate ongoing consultation with young people regarding the most effective engagement activities.Deliver activities and workshops to promote the development of young people and to meet project outcomes.Support participants to develop and implement local social action projects.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: OCN Level 2 Award in Youth Leadership.Desirable: Youth Support Worker Qualification.
