Job Duties: Provide managerial and clinical leadership for the service and ensure effective management and deployment of all resources.Contribute to, participate and promote in the management of change for the delivery of a modernised Mental Health serviceContribute to ensuring that the vision, strategic and operational plans and policies for mental health services are communicated to all staff for whom the post holder has responsibility and that awareness is maintained.

Qualifications / Experience: Registered Mental Health Nurse on Part 1 of the NMC Live Register OR Hold a recognised Professional Social Work Qualification (CQSW/BSW/DipSW/CSS) and be registered or have lodged an application with the NISCC OR a professional AHP qualification and be registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)2 years' experience of providing direct patient care/supervision of those providing direct patient care at Band 7 or above in either a community or inpatient adult mental health setting
