Job Duties: The Employer is: ROE VALLEY RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION. Engage in diversionary programmes with the young people.Participate in residential work.Ensure all elements of the initiative are delivered in relation to the outcomes of the project. Developing, implementing & maintaining programmes, activities & services that tackle the needs & issues of the young people.Support young people to play an active role in the youth club/projects & work towards a model of youth participation through the development of a youth forum. Develop & maintain relationships with the wider community & external agencies. Provide information and support to the young people to assist them to express & realise their goals & work actively in groups. Participate in any relevant training opportunities that arise.You will be entitled to annual leave during this opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Willingness to learn about the youth work profession.Good verbal communication skills.Working on own initiative and as part of a team.
