Job Duties: To participate as the lead clinician in the development of a high quality , responsive and accessible service for clients, their carers and families within the Children's Learning Disability service, including advising both service and professional management on those aspects of the service where psychological and/or organisational matters need addressing.To ensure adherence to relevant targets and working collaboratively to ensure optimum performance.To provide expertise and specialist psychological advice, guidance and consultation to other professionals contributing directly to client's formulation, diagnosis and treatment plan.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.

Qualifications / Experience: Doctoral level qualification (or equivalent) of clinical psychology recognised by the British Psychological Department (BPS) or BPS statement of equivalence.Currently Registered as a Practitioner Psychologist, Modality: Clinical Psychologist with the Health and Social Care Council, HCPC.Accredited Post-Doctoral training in a specialised area of psychological practice relevant to Clinical Psychology as applied toChildren's Services.Experience of teaching and training other professionals in psychological approaches.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
