Job Duties: Background:The 'Bryson Model' combines Bryson Charitable Group's scale, skills and experience to target geographic areas with high levels of multiple deprivation to work with community leaders, individuals and families to maximise their potential, and that of their surrounding environment.Specific Task:The Parental Growth Team Lead will manage the Parental Growth team, coordinating and offering a home visiting service and delivering parenting, child and young people's programmes to families with children aged 0-17 years of age in the 'Thriving Communities' area localities.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Minimum of QCF Level 3 Child Care qualification or one of the following:Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 3 Children & Young People.NVQ Level 3 Children's Care, Learning & Development.CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care & Education (VRQ).CACHE Level 3 Extended Diploma in Child Care & Education (Wales and NI).BTEC Higher National Diploma in Childcare Studies.BTEC National Diploma in Childcare Studies.Degree in Social Work.Additional Essential Criteria:5 GCSEs at grade C and above including English Language.Minimum of 1 year's paid employment working with children, young people and families.1 year's experience recording and reporting on work done.Full and clean driving licence and access to a car.
