Job Duties: Background:The 'Bryson Model' combines Bryson Charitable Group's scale, skills and experience to target geographic areas with high levels of multiple deprivation to work with community leaders, individuals and families to maximise their potential, and that of their surrounding environment.Specific Task:The Parental Growth Team Lead will manage the Parental Growth team, coordinating and offering a home visiting service and delivering parenting, child and young people's programmes to families with children aged 0-17 years of age in the 'Thriving Communities' area localities.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Minimum of QCF Level 5 Child Care qualification or:CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children's Care, Learning and Development.BTEC Level 5 HND in Social and Community Work.Degree in Social Work.Additional Essential Criteria:GCSE at Grade C or above in English and Mathematics.Minimum of 3 years' experience working with children aged 0-17 and their families.Full and clean drivers licence and access to a car.
