Job Duties: The employer is: YMCA NEWCASTLEWorking directly with individuals and groups of young people aged 11 to 18 years ensuring access to resources including safe and welcoming space through set up and preparation of hub prior to attendance.Creating an inclusive and welcoming setting and environment for individuals and groups attending hub. Manage safe opening and closing of the hub facilities.Management of finances and budget to support the operations and resourcing of the hub. Ensure resources are updated and to standard to support educational needs of young people attending the hub (ICT devices, printing facilities, resources required to support in place i.e.: support workshops etc.)Give support to young people where required (ICT, educational, resources, mentoring support).You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Three GCSES or equivalency in any area (A-C).Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Excellent budgeting and financial planning skills. ICT skills. Skills and experience in replenishment and management of resources. Excellent mentoring skills.
