Job Duties: Day to day management and professional supervision of social work managers responsible for Safeguarding/Family Support or LAC Services and of managers from other professional backgrounds where required.Taking the lead where required in Safeguarding/Family Support LAC with respect to social care governance and risk management, and supporting the Assistant Director in the development and implementation of an overall social care governance, risk management and service development strategy for the Trust, within context of evidence-based practice.Contributing to the Children's Services Planning process as required.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
