Job Duties: Contribute to the Directorate's quarterly governance report and to the Annual Review as required.Provide leadership and direction to the governance team and the wider staff group to develop and maintain a consistent and co-ordinated standard and system of governance for social work and social care across the Directorate.Provide leadership and support within the Directorate to ensure that the social work/care workforce is dynamic, responsive and adapts to the needs of patients, clients and the public by changing working practice in social work roles as appropriate.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
