Job Duties: Management of a caseload as directed by Team Manager. Caseload for this purpose is defined as the continuing responsibility held by a health visitor for clients for whom he/she holds records and is actively involved with in all age groups and over all programmes of care.Functions as a member of a Primary Care team. Delegates appropriately to other members of a mixed skills health visiting team including clerical staff, staff nurses and health visiting assistants as agreed with Team Manager.Participates in the orientation and induction of new staff and promotes good interpersonal relationships within the team.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.

Qualifications / Experience: Be currently registered on Part 1 or Part 2 of the NMC live register and Part 3 of the NMC live Register i.e. Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, Health Visitor Option.Student Health Visitors currently training and pending registration on Part 3 with NMC in Autumn 2021 may also apply.Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment.
